Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Marketing Administrator located in Dundee. Please note, part-time job share applications will also be considered. 

The Property Marketing Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the property information centre, managing and inserting property listings, assisting the Marketing Executive, and providing administrative support for the team.

This is an exciting period of change within the TSPC with innovation and elevation being our key operational words. As we overhaul our systems, marketing processes and campaigns, we need to hear from candidates who are driven and determined to be successful.

Qualifications

Whilst some knowledge or experience of the local property market, or of property marketing generally may be an advantage, the successful candidate will primarily have some sales and basic marketing experience, particularly in social media.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with website content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.

Salary is dependent on experience.
