Take a look inside the ten most-viewed properties on tspc.co.uk for April 2023. These homes had more views than any other homes listed on the website.
Dundee and Broughty Ferry continue to be top locations where potential home buyers seek to live with eight out of the top ten homes situated here. Other popular properties spanned Monifieth and Wellbank.
In terms of property type, family homes also continue to prove popular, with nine out of ten properties boasting three bedrooms or more. This demonstrates that demand is strong for homes that offer buyers flexibility.
With prices ranging from £60,000 to £900,000, the average property price for the top ten homes was £281,000. Only two of the ten properties are still available on tspc.co.uk with the average selling time across the eight sold properties being only 15 days. This indicates that market conditions are positive across Dundee and Angus.
Lynne Hill, Manager of TSPC, commented: “With visitors to tspc.co.uk increasing by 8% compared to the same period last year, April delivered a positive month for TSPC.
“Buyer demand remained strong with eight of the top ten properties going under offer in an average of only 15 days.
“Looking at the properties listed in the top ten, there is an emphasis on family homes across Dundee and Broughty Ferry which remain popular and offer flexible living.
“If you are thinking of buying or selling it is never too early to talk to your solicitor estate agent. TSPC solicitor estate agents are up to date with what is currently happening in the local market and have the skills and expertise to provide the guidance and support you need."
