The most popular homes on tspc.co.uk in March 2024
04 April 2024
We are excited to reveal the ten homes for sale on tspc.co.uk that were most popular with buyers in March 2024, attracting more than 61,000 views between them.
Among this month's top ten, Broughty Ferry claimed four of the top homes, while Angus had three and Dundee was home to two. Additionally, one property stood out in North East Fife.
Eight of the top ten homes were suited to family living and featured more than three bedrooms, while only one had a first-time buyer friendly price tag of under £120,000. Notably, eight of these homes have already been snapped up and are off the market, with one seller accepting an offer within just two days of listing. Additionally, four properties attracted enough interest to warrant a closing date.
Several of the properties required some substantial upgrades, suggesting that many buyers are looking for a project to put their own stamp on, at a variety of budgets. The most expensive property was the former Monifieth Golf Club which has been transformed into a one of a kind family home, coming in at £430,000, while the lowest priced property was a stylish one-bedroom flat, also in Monifieth, priced at £110,000.
Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager of TSPC, said: "House hunters haven’t been passive in their searching for a new home in March; the fact that eight of the most popular homes are already under offer shows that buyers are driven and serious in their intention to buy, which is great news for sellers and homeowners thinking about putting their homes on the market in the months to come.
“From this list, we can see that there are plenty of family buyers in the market, and we can expect to continue to experience strong demand for quality family homes.
“Although homes are no longer for selling for a vast premium, seeing four of the top properties with a closing date set demonstrates there is still competition in the market.
"With new listings up by 8% compared to the previous month, buyers now have even MORE exclusively listed properties to explore on tspc.co.uk.
“TSPC's dominant market share with our member solicitor estate agents offer MORE – more choice, more expertise, and more opportunities to discover your dream home.”
