TSPC top ten most-viewed homes of January 2023

Racking up almost 100,000 views across the ten listings, these homes have stood out against all others in January 2023.
Many of the top viewed properties were in Dundee, located in sought-after areas including the West End, Birkhill and Downfield. Other popular properties spanned Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Monikie and Monifieth. A variety of home styles gained interest from TSPC house hunters from a project property in need of a full transformation, to an impressive four-bedroom detached villa offering a taste of luxury living.
The average property price for the top ten homes was £263,500 and family homes continue to be popular with eight out of ten properties featuring three bedrooms or more and all ten homes including a private garden.
All properties within the top ten were listed in January and seven are now under offer, three of which went to a closing date, showing that buyer demand remains strong even within the current climate.

“We saw an 8% increase in website visitors based on the same period last year and over 55% increase based on December 2022.
