Securing a spot in the top ten out of over 2,300 properties that were listed in 2022, these ten homes accumulated over a quarter of a million views in total. Whether it has been with the intent to buy, or just to have a snoop around some of the most luxurious homes on offer, the top ten vary from superior detached homes to fixer-uppers packed with potential.
Many of the top properties were located in Dundee, highlighting the popularity of the dynamic and compact city that is becoming a modern wonder. Others spanned Broughty Ferry, Brechin, Forfar and Monifieth.
Confirming that buyers are still on the lookout for extra space and flexibility, four and five-bedroom homes attracted the most interest from house-hunters across Tayside.
