In April, tspc.co.uk saw a surge in activity as house hunters scoured Tayside listings for their dream homes.

The top 10 most viewed properties collectively received nearly 60,000 views.

Broughty Ferry claimed dominance with six homes in the top ten, followed by Dundee with three and Monikie with one. Notably, nine out of ten homes featured three or more bedrooms, reflecting buyers' preference for extra space.

The most expensive property, priced at over £600,000, boasted panoramic views over the River Tay from Dundee's West End.

Despite the uptick in properties going to closing dates, only one of the top ten homes had one set!
