TSPC reveals the top 11 most-viewed homes in November

Leading Tayside property portal TSPC has revealed the eleven most-viewed properties on tspc.co.uk for November 2022.
Many of the top properties were located in Dundee, with views towards the River Tay, highlighting the popularity of the dynamic and compact city. Other popular properties spanned Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Monifieth, Invergowrie and Newport-on-Tay with a variety of home styles attracting interest from TSPC house hunters. From traditional detached homes with period features to popularly located bungalows offering flexible living, the average property price of the top eleven was £245,000.
Family homes proved popular in November, with nine out of eleven properties boasting three bedrooms or more, indicating that demand is still strong for larger homes that offer buyers flexibility to accommodate family living.
With only two of the eleven properties still available on the TSPC website, this shows that demand is still outweighing supply in the market and even within the current climate, people feel confident in buying a new property.
Lynne Hill of TSPC, commented: “The top eleven most-viewed homes on TSPC is an interesting insight into the wants and needs of house-hunters across Tayside at the moment. Looking at the properties listed there is an emphasis on family homes with flexible accommodation.
“In terms of style, the properties are a mixed bag from those in turnkey condition to those with potential for modernisation.
“We can clearly see that demand is high for properties on the market in the region of £185,000 to £230,000, however, TSPC buyers are not afraid to stretch their budgets when looking at four and five-bedroom homes that offer long-term practicality.”
