Promising start to the property market in 2023

2023 has started with a bang in the property market!

At TSPC, we’ve seen more website users and sessions in the first few weeks of January than we received in all of December 2022 which is clear evidence of continued interest in buying a home.

We also have access to the Home Report for every home for sale where the report is required. Home report download requests are already up 39% in January 2023 compared to the full month of December 2022, highlighting the strong number of keen buyers out there.

Viewing requests are also up 47% showing just how eager potential buyers are to find their next home.  

Web traffic to tspc.co.uk is encouraging and shows strong interest in the market with a 17.5% increase in visitors, a 10.5% increase in sessions and a 10% increase in page views compared to the full month of December 2022. 

Most promisingly, all of this is translating through into those all-important sales with over 100 properties sold in January to date for an average of 0.3% over the Home Report valuation.
