Take a look inside the top 10 homes on TSPC in May 2024 as featured in The Courier. May's top 10 highlight a mix of prime locations in Tayside including Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Dundee, Forfar, Newport-on-Tay, and Monikie.

The top homes range from offers over £170,000 to over £500,000. Half of these sought-after properties have accepted offers, and three have set closing dates. One home even sold for £20,000 above the asking price.

Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager at TSPC, notes, "With nearly 63,000 views, our top 10 homes in May have generated remarkable interest. These properties range from unique homes to ideal first-time buys, showcasing TSPC's diverse offerings."

In May, TSPC listed over 240 new properties, a 3% increase from last year. Wallace adds, "TSPC's market share with our member solicitor estate agents offers more choice, expertise, and opportunities to find your dream home."
