July's featured homes showcase a diverse price range, ranging from £120,000 to £480,000, highlighting the extensive selection of properties available in the regions of Dundee, Angus, and North Fife.
Among the top ten listings, bungalow-style properties dominated, accounting for six of the highly sought-after homes.
