THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS FOR HOMEBUYERS
03 April 2018
SOLICITORS Property Centres enjoy an unrivalled reputation for successfully matching sellers with buyers.
So this first edition of a handy bi-weekly Property Guide published jointly by the market leading Tayside Solicitors Property Centre and the Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre will be warmly welcomed across the region.
The Centres based in Dundee’s Whitehall Crescent and Perth’s South St Johns Place have dominated the local homes market for decades, constantly embracing technological change and meeting the ever increasing expectations of generations of clients.
With their respective websites, access to the broad network of SPC Scotland and now a joint Property Guide, the Centres will be profiling the vast majority of homes on the market in the area at any given time.
The TSPC and PSPC brands are trusted and known to generations of homebuyers and sellers. We will be working closely together going forward in terms of marketing our array of services to clients, said Hugh McKay, chairman of the TSPC.
It is five years since we last published a joint Property Guide and during that time the estate agency market has undergone major changes in terms of digitalisation and, indeed, globalisation.
Given the overlaps in various geographical areas, such as Blairgowrie, Alyth and the Carse of Gowrie, it makes sense to adopt a fresh outlook to ensure we continue to provide the most effective marketing tools for sellers of properties ranging from first-time buyer flats to family homes.
The numbers are certainly impressive and unrivalled by any other estate agent, with joint sales stats for 2017 totalling 3590, adding up to property deals worth around £580 million.
The local Centres currently have more than 1200 active properties for potential buyers to select from, with 500-plus Under Offer and set to change hands shortly.
The two Centres working in tandem going forward is good news for sellers and potential buyers, wherever they may be living at present, said Brian Marnoch, chairman of the PSPC.
Now particulars of all the TSPC and PSPC properties being marketed by member firms across Dundee, Angus, north Fife and Perth and Kinross will be easily accessible, both on-line and in the ever-popular printed Guide.
