We are pleased to reveal the ten most popular properties listed during February 2024 on tspc.co.uk. These top properties collectively amassed over 63,000 views, reaffirming our status as the go-to destination for prospective homebuyers and sellers in Tayside.
In this month's top ten, six of the top homes were located in Broughty Ferry, demonstrating the ongoing popularity of this area in Tayside.
In what is assumed to be a traditionally quieter time for the property market, buyers haven’t been hanging around. Eight of the top ten homes are now under offer, with the top viewed property being active for only three days before an offer was accepted. Two of the properties also garnered enough interest for a closing date to be set within just a week of listing.
From a listed mansion house to a cosy former rectory, this month's lineup of properties offers something for every taste. And when it comes to budget, the range is just as diverse. The most expensive property was listed for close to half a million pounds, while the most affordable home on the list was priced at offers over £200,000.
