The most-viewed homes on tspc.co.uk in November 2023
04 December 2023
Discover the ten most viewed properties of November 2023 on tspc.co.uk collectively receiving almost 62,000 views.
Although it was a Broughty Ferry property that topped the charts, homes located in Strathmartine, Carnoustie and Monikie also received significant attention, showcasing standouts like a stunning seven-bedroom architect-designed residence and a one-of-a-kind beach-view property.
The diversity of properties in the market was on display, with prices spanning from £100,000 to a generous £450,000. A common thread among TSPC house hunters however was the desire to find a home with space to grow, as the top-ranking homes predominantly offered three or four bedrooms.
Five of the properties featured could be considered as renovation opportunities, showing how much appetite buyers currently have for this kind of project.
Interestingly, despite the usual seasonal slowdown, November 2023 witnessed an 18% surge in property listings on tspc.co.uk compared to the previous year, highlighting a revived buyer confidence amidst the festive spirit.
Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager of TSPC, said: “November has seen another fantastic selection of properties making it into the top ten. With half of them requiring renovations, some of which are not insignificant, this is a clear indication that we have many buyers who are open to alternative means to secure their ideal family home, even if that means undertaking a substantial project to do so. It also gives hope to those waiting to market their homes until they have “done it up” as it shows the market is not put off buying a project.
“Seeing an 18% increase in our property listings for November year-on-year is extremely positive and further strengthens TSPC’s position as the number one property portal for Tayside.”
