TSPC, the leading online property portal for Tayside, is thrilled to unveil the most sought-after homes of January 2024, reflecting the dynamic property landscape in the region.
In this month's top ten, Broughty Ferry and Barnhill emerge as prominent hotspots, accounting for four of the popular properties. Other sought-after locations include Monifieth, Kirriemuir, Glenogil, Liff, Invergowrie, and Dundee, showcasing the diverse appeal of the Tayside property market. Notably, for the second consecutive month, a property in Barnhill claimed the top spot.
Property styles varied, from a C-listed Victorian home to an individually architect-designed residence and a charming period-style 'gardeners cottage'.
Reflecting the diversity of buyer preferences, budgets varied, with the most expensive property listed for an impressive offers over £925,000, while the most affordable home on the list is a fixed price of £205,000. This assortment of properties not only underscores the vibrancy of the Tayside property market but also highlights the range of choices available to prospective buyers.
